For Recruiters
Reviewing the plan (HITL-1)
Nothing reaches a candidate until a recruiter has approved exactly what Maya will ask.
Once the AI has generated a plan, the interview enters PLAN_PENDING and shows up in your Awaiting you queue. This is HITL-1 — the first point where a plan is put in front of a human before anything is sent to a candidate.
What you're reviewing
| Element | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Ranked competencies | The Option-C prioritized list of what this interview will probe, and why. |
| Per-round questions | The exact questions Maya will ask, grouped by round. |
| Probe insights | The follow-up strategy behind each question — what a strong vs. thin answer looks like. |
The questions shown here are exactly what Maya will ask — they lock on approval. There is no re-roll after the plan is approved.
Actions
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Approve | PLAN_APPROVED — ready to invite the candidate. |
| Send back for revision | Optionally attach feedback; the whole plan regenerates and returns to GENERATING_PLAN. |
| Reject | Stops the pipeline for this candidate. |
Every edit is versioned as a batch with a full audit trail — who changed what, and when.
Approving the plan also freezes the role's scoring rubric for this interview, so the competencies you approved are exactly what gets scored later — see Reviewing the assessment.
