Taking an interview through Teamcast is a real conversation, not a form to fill out. This page covers what happens and what you should know going in.
What to know
It's a real conversation — Maya will ask follow-up questions, and that's completely normal, not a trap. A real member of the hiring team reads every one of your answers. No automated hire or no-hire decision is ever made about you — a person always makes that call. Recording only starts after you consent, and nothing about your emotions is ever inferred from your voice or video.
