Reviewing the assessment (HITL-2)
Coverage, evidence, and the recording — never a verdict. The decision is always yours.
When an interview completes, deterministic scoring runs automatically and the interview enters ASSESSMENT_PENDING, then ASSESSMENT_READY once it's done. The page auto-polls while scoring is in progress; a manual Run assessment retry is only needed if it times out.
What the review surface shows

| Recording playback | Synced audio/video playback alongside the transcript. |
| Transcript & integrity flags | The full transcript with behavioral integrity/proctoring flags shown alongside it. |
| Decision panel | The final human decision: advance, finalize, or reject. |
The deliverable is coverage-only:
sufficient / partial / insufficient per competency, plus highlights and lowlights with citations. There is no hire/no-hire label and no emotion signal — the human always makes the decision. See Coverage & assessment for how coverage is computed.Recording privacy
Recordings are private and served through short-TTL signed links — never public. Access is scoped to your workspace and expires automatically.
