Inviting a candidate
From an approved interview (PLAN_APPROVED), issue a tokenized join link and one-time code, and set the interview length. This moves the interview to INVITED. The candidate authenticates with the link plus the OTP — nothing else is required of them.
Monitoring a live interview
While the interview is IN_PROGRESS, you can watch it live: real-time signal coverage (which competencies are being surfaced) and a live transcript. A cross-job Live interviews list shows everything running at once across your jobs.
Timing
The countdown timer is anchored at the candidate's first start. Interruptions — a disconnect or the camera guard kicking in — are credited back to the clock, so pauses never eat into the candidate's allotted interview time.
